Green Commitment

As a Title Company... Banks, lenders & borrowers require title companies to print closing and copy packages, which can be hundreds of pages per title closing. Assure America Title Insurance company's paperless closing technology has reduced the amount of paper required for each closing by 70%. Borrowers can request their closing packages on a disk which we will provide for no additional cost. We have chosen to utilize recycled paper for all necessary printed documents, shred & recycle all printed waste.
